Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your concerns.
You received a promotional offer from a 3rd party as a thank you for spending time with them to hear more about their products and services. All our promotional offers require the recipient to follow the terms and conditions in order to participate. Credit card merchants policies do not allow companies to charge recipients deposits to be held on your behalf for future travel. Deposits
can only be collected in the form of a check, cashiers check, or money order if deposits are collected prior to traveling it is up to the travel provider what form that deposit takes. Our policy only allows for a money order.
Recipients are required to provide the postage and envelope to receive the promotional
certificate they selected. There is no deliberate attempt by us to hide the requirement and it is outlined in the terms and conditions. There are two reasons for the requirement one benefits you and the other is financial on our part. One, you are required to provide a self addressed stamped envelope to ensure that we have the correct address in order for you to receive the promotional offer/certificate you requested and two the thank you incentive you received from the company you visited did not provide for the shipping for you to receive the certificate and that was an
obligation you were to fulfill when requesting your certificate. While it may seem insignificant that the postage and envelope is required to be provide by the recipient, if you were to multiply the cost of the shipping and handling by the tens of thousands you can see that it is a substantial cost to process.
We understand that it can be frustrating to go through the process of a promotional travel certificate. We try to assist everyone through the redemption process as much as we can and understand that having to adhere to terms and conditions of a promotional travel offer is not always convenient for everyone.
We apologize for any misunderstanding and inconvenience to you.
Sincerely
Perfect
