You have to adhere to the numerous and ridiculous amount of rules and fine print and make absolutely no mistakes to redeem your certificate or it is void. You have absolutely no chance to change or correct an error so be sure you do everything exactly as stated and be very careful with all dates, envelopes, stamps, etc. They purposely make it very difficult and confusing. Customer service looks for every chance possible to void the offer.
If you own or manage a company do not buy into any of their promotional programs. Giving these certificates to clients or potential clients will only create problems. If you want to lose a customer, give him a Perfect Select Rewards Travel Certificate.
