Our promotional travel offers are purchased by companies like Direct Buy to thank prospective members for previewing their products and services. The certificate can only be fulfilled according to the terms outlined on the certificate.
It is true that promotional travel offers have terms and conditions and recipients are required to follow them in order to take advantage of the travel offer. Promotional travel is restricted to certain classes of service and for travel during low season. It is not for group travel, non transferable, and has no cash value. We ask for 3 preferred dates of travel and alternate travel destinations and/or itineraries to ensure your opportunity to take advantage of the offer.
Taxes, agency fees, and any service outside of what the offer includes are the responsibility of the recipient.
