PerfectKicks RipOff Yet Another Innocent Customer Wrong item was delivered, then returned. Never received correct item after payment sent Lithonia Georgia
Wow! I wish I have researched this company before doing business. I ordered a pair of sneakers as a gift for my brother's birthday. He received the wrong pair/wrong size sneakers. I contacted Perfectkicks immediately. A female representative apologized for the "mishap" & instructed me to return the sneakers for the correct ones and I would laso receive a free pair of sneakres. That sounded pretty good to me.
After waiting patiently, I called Perfectkicks again. This time, I was instructed to re-order the item and select the money order option. They would know that the item was already paid for. Since then, I have been unable to contact them via email, fax, or by phone. I filed a complaint with the Georgia BBB & would be interested in seeking legal action if anyone has information regarding that.
This company has consistently shown a blatant disregard for the rights of consumers and must be shut down. TOTAL SCAM!! Please do not order from PerfectKicks.com!
