Pest Master Raised bond premiums every year. Last premium was $825!!! Semmes, Alabama
When we bought our house, the termite bond was with Pest Master. Our premiums were $425.00 per year (which we considered to be high). They went up each year, until they were $800.00 PER YEAR.
We decided to change companies and pay an initial $2000 to another company because it would SAVE us money in the long run!!! The other company charges no more than $225 per YEAR!
Pest Master is a rip off. If you have your termite bond with them, change right away or your rates will go up incrementally. If you are building a house, do not use this company or you will be sorry. I am sick that we waited as long as we did to change companies.
