Peter Bosen has tried to blackmail me into sending him money with the threat that he would ruin my reputation if I didn't comply. He implies that I have stolen awatch that he sent to me for repair and restoration. He simply says that he never got it back leading others to believe that I never sent it back to him.

In fact the restored watch was mailed back to Bosen by insured Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation On July 9th and I have the Postal Receipt, the Insurance Receipt and the Delivery Confirmation receipt as proof.

I sent Mr. Bosen the tracking number andwhen he checked he found that the watch was received at the sorting facility inFarmington, NH on July 10th and was to be delivered that same day. Whenthe watch didnt arrive as expected, Bosen checked with his local PO and they tracked the watch to Mr. Bosens mailbox on the 10th, but found that the mailman had left the package without getting a signature. Bosen then asserted that the watch must have been stolen from his mailbox and he instructed me to file an insurance claim on his behalf. I did so and sent all the relevant documents required by the USPS. Mr. Bosens claim was at first denied, but after several appeals he eventually received $800 from the USPS. Ive been informed that the USPS originally denied Mr. Bosen's claim because they don't believe that the package was actually stolen from his mailbox. It seems that after Bosen's second appeal they paid the claim rather than get involved in a prolonged fight with this individual.

Up until this point our contacts had been cordial but after receiving the USPS payment he sent me an angry, rambling message demandingan additional $700 from me under the threat of this and other kinds of retaliation.I refused and now I expect that Ill be kept very busy with the task of undoing his damage for quite some time.

This was the very first insurance claim for a lost or even a damaged watch that I have had to file for a customer during the last 13 years. There are currentlynoother complaintsagainst my business and there never have been. Also there are hundreds of positive feedback messages on my web site at: (((Redacted)))

#2REBUTTAL Individual responds

Sat, September 07, 2013

Accutron 214 Watch Repair and its head repairman, Martin M****, of Marblehead Massachusetts can certainly colorize a sequence of events! I have been so busy, due to filming all day, that I did not realize Mr. Marcus' submission of inconsistencies, to include several 'questionable pictures' of receipts. I have been contacted by an individual that has had 'problems' with M**** as well, which brings my very unpleasant experience with M**** back to the limelight. So, in turn, here is my belated response. I did live in New Hampshire previously, but had relocated due to an offer, and live on Island Sands Condos, Wailuku, Hawaii 96793.

The 'receipts' shown by M**** show a N.H. address and that is incorrect. It is very easy in this day and age for folks to make these items at home or work, to suit their needs, as long as they have a printer, or even white out and a copy machine. With that being said, let's review The M****' questionable  'defense.' Who in their right mind would send an item 'insured' for $800 dollars, when its value is much higher, well over 1,000 dollars ? Who would 'insure' that piece of jewelry, pay that fee and -then- mail it in a $5.00 priority envelope ?

There is no need for the 'priority' envelope as the Insured package is well protected and well guarded until it reaches its destination, and requires a signature, as you folks that have sent or received Insured Items, well know ! It is never left at your doorstep or mailbox without a signature, ever ! That is like buying a Cadillac for your trip and then taking the Greyhound Bus. Why would you then take the bus...and why would you then dump a precious piece of delicate, vintage jewelry into a $5.00 priority envelope, when it is fully protected by the Insurance, the 'cadillac' of service, with its protection! It makes no sense ! You cannot even 'track' an Insured Item, try it, even though it has a tracking number.

Items are very easy to type, alter and reproduce nowadays, for example, take a good look at the 'Insurance Receipt.' Does it not appear as though a stick on label, with name & address, was placed over something else ? Of course it does ! You can clearly see that a mile away, even with 'bad' eyes. When you insure something and pay the fees, and if something happens to that item, who gets the Insurance money ? Of course, you get the money ! M**** 'Insured' this pkg., supposedly, then who got the money ? Think about how it works. Who paid ? Who has the receipt ? What is the norm ? M**** said he was cordial. Of course he was. He was paid $1000 dollars and has a watch to boot !

M**** uses terms such as 'extortion and blackmail' in his fictitious response to my original complaint, which I filed first on this website.  This proves that M**** not only 'wheels and deals' in vintage watches, but views vintage television shows, where he has undoubtedly learned this terminology by late night viewing of 'Perry Mason' reruns. These aforementioned terms thrown about by M****, do not even apply to this scenario ! You can read their definitions online, just go to any 'legal terms defined' website.  Oh yes, I must not forget,  as M**** stated that I was 'paid off' and given insurance money because a major government institution did not want a 'prolonged fight' with me !!!

The government is afraid to do 'battle' with me ? I think not ! Is the government ' afraid to do battle with anyone or any country ? They just 'gave in' to appease me ???  C'mon ! Think about that one statement in itself !  That is not the case anyway, as I am a God Fearing & Loving, Law Abiding, Proud of my Family and Proud to be a U.S. Citizen in our Beautiful Country ! I will end this with, 'Beware' of the 'Accutron 214s' and the Martin M****'s'  of this world, and think twice before you submit a precious keepsake or pay hard earned cash !!! Think twice ! Now stay tuned and remain on this channel for undoubtedly even more 'fiction' to arrive from Mr. M****, in response to the factual events mentioned above.   God Bless You and Yours and Keep Smiling !

My previous rebuttle attempted to set the record straight about Peter Bosen's complaint. His statement implies that I did not return his watch when in fact it was delivered to his mailbox and left without obtaining a signature. I will attempt to upload photos of the postal receipt, the insurance receipt and the delivery confirmation recept at the end of this update process.
