Peter H. Maceachern Peter is a thief! Beware, he runs we mow and mulch in Hudson MA, but that's not all he does. Stay away! Internet
Beware of Peter of Hudson MA. He runs a business called www.wemowandmulch.com. He claims do to
Landscaping, mow lawns, and snow removal. I was looking for a mover, and a neighbor referred him to me. He said he needed money as his business was hurting. He gave me a low quote, I trusted my neighbor and hired him. He brought two illegal immigrants, that didn't speak english. When they arrived, I wasn't done taping the boxes, but they moved thingsquick. I didn't complain as they werent movers. They were throwing things it in the truck, dropping things etc.
They had to make two runs, both in Peters two trucks. I told Peter prior to his arrival what I had. He was shifty and couldnt look me in the eye. On our way to the Storage Co, he got lost and we drove around looking for about an hour. He was smoking pot because he said "it relaxed him" He became erratic and i assumed he was on other drugs, or mentally unstable. After I paid the storage and signed the contract, he started fighting with manager, and was acting phycotic. The two workers put the first load in storage, and when we were leaving, my contract and key disappeared.
Peter said he saw me put it my purse, which I didn't do. It turned up later, but he kept it on the way back to my apartment. They rushed through the second load, and started grabbing everything. My son was trying to tell them not to take my jewelry box or his signed Tom Brady Foot Ball, but they kept trying to sneak it out. (It all seemed so strange, but as a con artist and thief, he was rushing me) They took the second load, and said I didn't need to go. At the time, my dog was sick, I was stressed and I gave them access to everything. I called Peter the next day, he avoided me. He finally answered a call and I asked him for my key.
He refused to give it to me, when I questioned him, he went off on me. He wasn't making much sense, he screamed I stole your coffee maker, then he screamed, you rushed us, and if anything is missing your going to blame me, he went on to call me obscenities as I think he is alledgedly on drugs. I've researched him since, he has a history of drug abuse, and has a record. I'm proceeding with the investigation and local police and witnesses to his erratic behavior are helping me. I can't say what he stole until he's charged, I will say, stay away. No one can be trusted. I trusted my neighbor, put everything I own in the hands of a stranger. He's a con artist, a thief, and drug addict.

The person named above re: Peter Macheachern of Hudson MA, has made false allegations against the victim regarding the theft in the pending lawsuit. Not being a client, friend or family member of Mr. Macheachern, I am not at liberty to slander or make any false allegations without knowing the facts. Slander (either by phone or Internet) is a criminal offense. I'm sure as a businessman, Mr. Macheachern is aware of the laws regarding slander, defimation of charachter, as well as duress caused by such actions as well as the facts which occured regarding the incident.
To clear up false allegations in Peters rebuttal, the victim was robbed, her key to the storage unit was in the hands of Mr. Macheachern, the victim was told by Peter she was not allowed to have her key, as he expressed her "goods were damaged by the rain" and didnt want her to blame him if anything was missing. She had been frantically trying to contact him, he wasn't answering his calls, and had her extremely upset, therefore, calling him numerous times. The time stamp has been screen shot on the exact dates and times. She followed up with a call to the police, the inventory of her possessions as well as her son are in question as we aren't proceeding until everything is accounted for.
As far as the victims financial status, it doesn't hold relevance in regards to the theft. She's a single Mother that trusted this man, as she was referred to him by a former neighbor and friend who she thought had her best interest at hand. She was not a prior girlfriend of this man - Mr. Sullivan- but a friend and never thought he would send someone to her house to rob her- in fact, she has expressed Mr. Sullivan isn't aware of the facts.
As a home owner, I would make sure to run a background check on wemowandmulch.com as well as Peter Macheachern, as well as former clients.

i am responding to this complaint by rita wieblel (anonymous ) former girlfriend of one of my best friends who lives in osterville ma. rita lived in acton ma. and was being evicted from her apt for non payment of rent. as a favor to my friend i agree to help her move. she agree to pay my men there hourly wage and that i would take no compensation for myself. she was moving from acton to boxboro 15 mins away. 5 rm apt time estimated to move 3 to 4 hours. when we arrived apt was in chaos, nothing packed and in total disaray.she informed me apt was not ready and sheriff deputies were coming next day to remove her belongings. she wanted to find a storage facility but didnt have much money. i got on my iphone located one in westford for 29.00 yep 29.00 for 1st month. we packed all her belonging in trucks took her to storage facilty. while we were inside filling in paper work it rain (poured) for 5 mins. stored her belonging. went back for 2nd trip and came back. 7hrs to complete job. she told me she would call me to inform me when she had apt. she began calling me daily - 26 phone calls in 5 days about her problems, the delays and became increasingly
erractic. spoke to my friend for involving me with this situation and put a block on her calls. i have been in business for 35 yrs and have many excellent relationships as well as my present list of over 100 clients.
