They do not honor Warranties and blame vendors for being uncooperative. They refuse to refund money for their sub-standard equipment that is under warranty. For over a year we have repeatedly complied with every step of the refund process with Steve Earthy & PG Instruments.
Steve repeatedly tells us that we are not complying with their refund process but will not tell us how we have not complied; so he can keep our money. Total lack of integrity and professionalism.
