Pharmacy Card and CCS ripoff! They refuse to refund what they weren't authorized to take in the first place. Overland Park Kansas
This company took $139 + $14.95 from my account when they weren't authorized by me to do so. They sent their junk mail to my old address so naturally I couldn't respond saying NO. They took the $ from my account, causing an overdraft. The $ was taken out on 1/27. It's now 2/24 and I have yet to receive my refund. They refuse to refund the $14.95 service fee and they won't pay the overdraft charges that they caused either! I was told on 2/6 that my $ was in the "refund process" and there was nothing that they could do to help me.
They have an accomplice in their scheme. The company is called CCS. They refuse to help the people that have been ripped off. They won't give the phone # to contact Pharmacy cards, or give any help whatsoever.
