Phase4Orthotics rip off Did not respond to my returned merchandise (2 letters) and charged my credit card $54.80 Torrance California
I order through a TV program 2 pairs of Phase4Orthotics. There was no report on TV that if you are diabetic or if you have circulation problems not to use the product. I have both.
I returned the 2 pair Certified mail and never received a reply or refund. I sent a 2nd letter a month later and still no reply. That was December 2002.
I've been ripped-off!
