I am a poor college student who scrounged for the money I needed to buy what I thought was the cheapest book I could find. Phatcampus was to the rescue! Until I placed my order with my debit card(which got charged that day), got order confirmation and a promise that my book will be shipped within 7 business days. I tried to track my shipment, like the website stated I could do. All I got was "there is no tracking information available". So, I emailed "[email protected]" several times wanting to know where my book or my money is. No response. I finally found a phone number to call. 866-659-1233. Nice, "1233" sounds like a nice fake number! I left a message because all that picked up was an answering machine telling me to provide the same info I did in my e-mails and that someone would contact me shortly. That was 4 days ago. No one has contacted me, I still do not have my book or my money.

Ok, looks like maybe I was a little impatient. I did receive the book finally after it was ordered on the 17th of August. Now it is the 28th of August, one day into my class. Had to look over onto someone else's book today. But that's ok. Also, thank god I got my book, BUT where are all these "customer service" people? Still, no one has gotten in touch with me after 3 e-mails and 1 message on a mystery answering machine. Was it because I got lucky and found an actual person off the web who works for phatcampus, I found their e-mail address, and e-mailed them my story? Whoever that guy was, THANK YOU! But still, they need to work on their response time.
