This person has no moral scruples and is a charlatan through and through.
If you are beguiled into do business, in spite of obtaining written agreements, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you do not do engage this person in a business relationship. He has a propensity to misrepresent himself. He is incapable of administering diplomacy, maturity & sound reasoning.
