Once the Ebay auction ended, this crook never made any attempt at communication. The M.O. was mailed the very next day, but, after a week of not hearing anything, I sent several e-mails, to which he never replied.
He only responded when I threatened a report and negative feedback. And then only to say that he never received payment and threatened me with negative feedback. I got copy of cancelled MO, and have found since that I'm not the only person he has scammed. Checkout the feedback for TexasRealDeals on eBay. It seems he's been busy collecting money for a lot of items and never shipped them.
The phone number provided by eBay is not a working number, so I have no means of contacting this jerk. So, I'm out money for the product I never received, time spent trying to rectify the situation, long distance calls, and have added more gray hair to my head.
Thanks to this idiot, I seriously doubt I will ever purchase anything off eBay again, and I know there are honest people doing business on there. Too bad one bad apple has to spoil it for everyone else.

I too have been ripped off by Phil Parana, I left the message before yours. Ebay does cover up to $200 - $25 processing fee. You might get some of your money back. You must wait 30 days to file a complaint then another 30 days to file a claim. I have not filed my claim yet but I will be shortly. Please check out ebay's policies to make sure of the procedure. In the mean time I suggest submitting him to all the law enforcement agencies and file a report with your local police. Be sure to leave feed back on your progress and I'll do the same.
