PLease let it be known that Philip Cottrell from Marbella ( originally Norway ) has decided to close down his four museums and art galleries after a scandal involving employing foreign staff without the relevant paperwork and employment contracts. His museums have been in and around Marbella for almost 40 years now. He has avoided paying tax to the local authorities for the socal security for several years now.
