I to had a hard time with Service Net. I had to fight and b***h and howler a lot the first time i had to use them. I even sent an email to the BBB. And that help me a lot. Now Service Net is so nice to me. Our big screen just went out on March 1st 2011. The first person came out and said it was the board. So we got a new board. That did not help at all. Than i got a call from Service Net and they are going to replace my 51 inch big screen with a flat LCD 52 inch TV at no cost to me at all. I sure was glad to hear that. So hang in there and email the BBB and maybe they can help you to.
