PHILLIPS AND ASSOCIATES LAW FIRM Do Not Hire this Firm....... They Will Rip you off.. This firm is the reason attorneys have a bad reputation!!!! Internet
I hired this law firm in December to handle my bankruptcy case. I paid them and had to call their office several times to find out about my case. When I finally got someone to call me back, they gave me a case number that wasn't even mine. After several more weeks I was informed that my case had not even been filed. Here we are in June and after 3 rescheduled signings,I found out that I wasn't able to file bankruptcy due to miss information that I received from their office before I signed with their firm. I asked them 4 times about a concern I had prior to my hiring them. I was assured by 4 different people from their office that everything was just fine. Needless to say I was not able to go ahead with the bankrutcy. When I asked for a refund they gave me $1000.00 less than I paid them. " Due to their time" I was told. These guys are a joke. Do Not Hire Them For Anything!!! They are the reason attorneys get a bad name. They a scum feeders!!!!!!
