American Credit SOurce / Phoenix Gold is a Fraud
Through recent research I discovered I am not the only one who was scammed by the "American Credit Source/Phoenix Gold" credit card company. My story is a little different... I got the $219.95 taken from my bank acocunt and then was told to "PROVE" they took it. Amazingly the 3 faxes I sent with bank statements showing the company name and routing number were never received on their end.
So I filed my complaints with the BBB and the company and went on taking a loss. But that was not the end. The company then decided they wanted a raise and so they just went into my bank account a second time UNAUTHORIZED and took another amount. When I called I was given the run around for about 7 hours. At one point I was told managers dont report to the comany until 3pm? At 1:23 I called and the Customer Service Rep talked to a manager as I sat on the line, not on hold, just waiting. However when I asked ot speak with that same manager she was suddenly "unavailable".
Unfortunately for them, as I found in my L-O-N-G day dealing with them that the company "Made a mess" as I was told by a female temp hired to help "Fix" the problems. This woman was the first not to lie, too bad she was only hired for a week to deal with a company who has no morals and lacks business sense.
