Photo World Castle Credit Corp, ABC Finance Corp. I was told by a salesman that my account was canceled, and then almost a year later try to hammer me for $2,700! La Mesa California
During the time i spent in Ft. Lenard Wood Missouri, I ran into some High School "wanna Be" salesmen outside a local concession mail. They asked me if i was interested in recieving a free pizza. The salesmen said i just had to listen to his sales pitch and he would give me a cupon for a free pizza.
During his "butchering" of a sales pitch, I was informed about Photo World and there film developement offer. He told me if i would sign up that i would get a free Samsung camera and when the account was paid off in full I would recieve a free flat screen Telvision. I said "no thankyou", than he told me to hold on and he would be right back.
The salesman never came back, his sales manager who was a former "Seabee" came to speak with me. He said that if i signed up he would give the camera now and then I would have 3 days to cancel. So then i made the biggest mistake of my life and signed that contract. The next day i came back and told him i would like to cancel and i thanked him for his time, he said there was no paperwork i had to sign and to keep the camera.ALMOST A YEAR LATER i get a notice in the mail from ABC Finance Corp. stateing that i now owe them $2,700! So I called them and pleaded my case with them hopeing they would help.
The only thing that kept comming out of her mouth was a brief statement."We only honor good contracts" and that was the end of our conversation. I am currently taking this matter up with my legal officer to get this problem resolved, and i will inform you on the outcome. We now have a new TERRORIST THREAT to our new adults," The War On Crooked Salesmen"
