RIPPED OFF BY PHOTOPOINT

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON WITH PHOTO POINT??? I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR DAYS TO GET INTO THEIR SITE TO RETRIEVE MY PICTURES THAT ARE ONLINE.

ALSO THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM ME.....SO EITHER THEY REFUND ME MY MONIES OR I WANT MY PICTURES!

HOW DO WE GO AFTER THESE KIND OF SCAMMERS?????
