Piece Of Crap Regis Salon BUTCHERED MY FREAKING HAIR Orlando Florida
This piece of crap Regis made me soo mad today. I had been to Regis about 3 times and the first 2 i left OK. I requested a man that cut my hair the year before and actually listened to what i wanted. I was dramatized by a previous visit to another hair salon who cut off all my hair. So went in with an idea of what i wanted. Simple trim straight cut with side bangs. I even had a picture of it. He interrupted it to a BOBcut. WHAT???
I kept telling this guy not to cut anymore than past the shoulders. I wanted it to rest on my shoulders. You know a trim. He started to talk about short in the back long in the front. I kept telling him no. He started to cut my hair, and I asked him again we are keeping it straight right? Its going to be a little longer than to rest on my shoulders right???? He said I thought you wanted a butterfly???? WHAT THE F IS THAT?? He had already cut alot of hair. I was so mad. He kept telling me to relax and to trust him, hes a senior stylist! He had been there for years. HA!
I finally pulled off the hair and said no more. He got all mad and called his manager to the back where he basically made me sound like I was the one who didn't know what i wanted. I KNEW WHAT I WANTED. He just didn't want to do it.
Later the manager was convincing me it was ok, and thats what they do to make it a perfect style. At this point i was already mad and decided to stay he already messed up my hair what was i to do? After telling him several times i was uncomfortable with him cutting my hair so short and if he could just blow dry it and style it he kept on cutting. Instancing that my hair cut was the cutest little cut hes done in so long. And how i ruined his day, but made his day at the same time. F you man. I didn't want to pay, but the manager said all she could do for my f'ed up hair cut was to send me coupons in the mail to come again???? Why would i want to go there again?
While getting upset in the chair the employees around kept saying to stop "trippin" its not even that short!!! My hair was cut above my cheeks. Is that shoulder length? No its not. I would have been better off letting my sister cut where i wanted her too. And if he wanted to defend himself and say how the picture i brought in looked like my hair it didn't. The girls hair in the picture was longer, and it was right off the shoulders. He basically butchered my hair, and got away with it. I am so upset I have a graduation tonight and now i have to show up with my hair uglier than what it was already.
