Piney Creek Subdivision is a quiet

“residential”

*** look she has a spelling mistake!*** …..residential was spelled WRONG. LOL…

 neighborhood, the character of which is protected by Deed Restrictions.

*** which the Whiney Creek in Bellvilleeee “police” change every few months to suit their whims ***

A copy of the restrictions are given to every property owner, prior to purchase.

*** We were told by the Real Estate seller D. Brown that there WERE very limited and nearly nonexistent deed rules if only we had known!***

In the case cited here, the Property Owners Association (POA) was forced

 *** these are SICK people***

to take legal action to stop the operation of Blue Star Ranch, a retail poultry business owned by Mary Ann Fordyce.

*** yes, but even while harassing Mary Ann Fordyce we all continued business in our home including L.R Dawson and his wife D. Dawson who also had a website and sold products from their home, actually there were over 180 business operating in this area, we singled out the Fordyce family because we do not like them***  

This action was not undertaken lightly,

 ***we sent many threats to make her life miserable, in fast it’s our all consuming passion to ruin her life and close her business. We sent letters to all the residents to that effect and even they did not care***

and only after she was given multiple opportunities to voluntarily cease operations.

*** Actually we demanded that she even shut down her website that we have no authority over, as we are just relentless assholes.  We demanded that she close her business while we can retain our business in our homes. We kept changing the deed rules and used our “power” with the board member J. Byrd who is a deputy sheriff, and continued filing FALSE charges against Ms Fordyce***

Instead of complying, she expanded the business. At one point, advertising that it was "the largest retail chicken business in Texas," open 7-7, 7 days per week, with a 7,000 square foot chicken coop and thousands of chickens. (A Google Earth satellite image confirmed that the chicken coop had a larger footprint than the residence.)

*** It wasn’t that big I just put that in a Craig’s List ad!***

The legal process was long, primarily because Mrs. & Mrs. Fordyce had filed bankruptcy and all legal action against her was Stayed.

 *** We had to file bankruptcy due to the actions of the POA that continued to disrupt our business***

Phase 1... the POA asked the Bankruptcy Court to lift the Stay so an injunction could be sought in local court. (Request denied; the Court said she needed the income to repay creditors.)

*** this is the court date where we lied under oath about what was really happening ***

Phase 2... the POA waited until the Bankruptcy expired, then filed in local Court.

*** nearly the next morning after bankruptcy was over and we were relieved, we were back in court again with more litigation, in fact in 8 years we spent over $100,000 and hired 13 different lawyers and 8 law firms! The residents of Whiney Creek would have stopped us if they knew but we did not tell them we were spending $100,000 to close a chicken coop for our own satisfaction Mary Ann Fordyce has the names and records***

Phase 3... a court-ordered mediation agreement was reached, the terms of which were subsequently violated by Mrs. Fordyce.  

*** that’s right, I did violate it! Here is why! I am disabled kept lifting chickens into my pickup truck to “comply” with the order and drove 2.5 miles outside of Whiney Creek and began selling chickens OUTSIDE of Whiney creek in my truck as people were not allowed on my property. This is when we used our surveillance cameras to follow hereverywhere and many times even called the local “deputy sheriff” to stop her from selling OUTSIDE of Whiney Creek and ask questions. In one instance filed charges that she was stealing chickens from a neighbor to harass her and her customers.  Even mothers with children waiting to buy baby chicks because their cars look “suspicious”… it was the Whiney Creek that violated the agreement. Mary Ann Fordyce was ALLOWED to sell OUTSIDE of Whiney Creek. But we kept harassing her and her customers constantly! ***

The current situation is as follows... Mary Ann Fordyce is on

*** unsupervised which just means nothing it will be removed from the report in December 2018 ***

probation until mid-December, 2018.

*** that’s when they will all hear from me again I promise! And it’s legal!!! ***  

She moved

*** fled for God’s sake to get away from these soulless mind controlled demons ****

to the Austin area, where she continues to sell chickens.

Her property in Piney Creek was foreclosed on by the mortgage company for non-payment and auctioned off.

The Deed Restrictions haven been updated

*** as many as 8 times with all the lawsuits to appease that currant lawyer that kept insisting that if we change the deed restrictions we can still keep SOME businesses the ones we want! While destroying her business!***

*** keep in mind that one of our board members are STILL selling chickens in Whiney Creek, but that’s OK with us***

and to clarify that working from a home office is an allowed activity.

In the meantime, Mrs. Fordyce repeatedly harassed POA Board Members.

 This included, among many other things, prank phone calls, putting homes up for sale, advertising "free room and board" at Member's homes, posting racist blogs using the pictures and contact information of Board Members, mailing cards laced with cayenne pepper, and posting fake

death notices of Board Members around town.

***NONE of which we have ANY proof of, we just b***h about every little thing***

The death notices were crafted to look as though they came from a local funeral home, the reputation of which was negatively impacted by the poor spelling…

*** that’s right the spelling is POOR because from what I understand the names and birthdates were spelled and written WRONG.. It did not pertain to the Whiney Creek POA, wrong birthdate? Wrong spelling of name? WRONG birthdates???  And yes, I am charged with a CRIME which was nearly thrown out anyway that because the board member is a deputy sheriff I get stuck with! With as many people in Whiney Creek that can’t stand these people it’s LUCKY that the death notices were a JOKE***

Outrageous content. The funeral home's complaint ultimately resulted in the State of Texas  

*** Actually what really happened is that T. Koehn our powerful personal friend who is a paid off District Attorney and personal friend of J. Byrd the neighbor and sheriff and neighbor of Mary Ann Fordyce filed the charges against her and we made Bellvilleeee Texas Courthouse a circus bringing anyone who wanted to come and gawk at the court case for we needed support during our trauma. We wanted everyone there we even brought a BLACK person to not look racist!***

filing criminal harassment charges against Mary Ann Fordyce,

The current situation is as follows... Mary Ann Fordyce is on probation until mid-December, 2018. She moved to the Austin area, where she continues to sell chickwens.

*** We HATE that! She is even alive and does not worship our holiness! for infact we are controlled in our very DNA with powerful demons that rule our actions. We do not think for ourselves and are in fact  mind controlled robots controlled by out of this world forces.***

*** We had further issues with the foundation of the home structure damage and the Insurance company would not repair the damage I did not want to live near these dangerous and really sick stalking people anyway***

Letters and or words are omitted from this posting to prevent the actual "correct" spelling of their names per the judges decree.

Not to use the name for one full year.... well its half over! These people are stalkers and above the law as the board members work for Fraustin Country Sheriff’s department.

The facts are none of the neighbors CARED because they Whiney Creek POA was not going after them personally as they did me and my family. The 2 board members (married couple) Wimmie & Prune Faced Byrd lived across the street and "false charges" were put in against me from his boss as Wimmie who is a deputy sheriff.

My words and actions were taken out of context in the postings and a federal judge noted that the "board members" themselves actually sold chickens and farm eggs themselves. The "board members" ran business operations out of their homes.  They make the rules but do not police the "elite" ones themselves, But I can't have a business Why?

Idiots all of them! Whiney babies, I have moved on with my life do they have anything BETTER to do? Judy, Kathy and all of you “board members” go DO SOMETHING with your life.

I do have the sublime realization and SATISFACTION that these are really seriously sad mis adjusted people and really social misfits. They all are miserable people and can’t get away from themselves.

Word to you all “Let it gooooooo! Already” Good GOD who else are you tormenting in Whiney Creek, go after someone else! I do not even live there.
