#1) Send a Registered Mail with Return Receipt directly to Pinnacle, stating the following: This debt is not mine and Pinnacle is in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act in reporting erroneous negative information to the credit bureaus that I owe this debt. If this erroneous entry is not removed from my credit file within thirty days, I plan to file official charges against Pinnacle with the Minnesota Attorney General [note: Pinnacle is located in Minnesota, so complaints would be filed in Illinois] as well as take other actions per my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act Pinnacle Credit Services LLC 7900 Highway 7 Ste 100 Minneapolis, MN 55426-4049 Telephone: (952) 939-8100 Minnesota Attorney General's Office 1400 Bremer Tower 445 Minnesota Street St. Paul, MN 55101 (651) 296-3353 (800) 657-3787 #2) Send a Registered Letter with Return Receipt to any (all) credit bureaus still reporting this bogus negative information with the following request: I am requesting the written communication between your firm and Pinnacle that led to validation of this. #3) Keep your fingers crossed and hope this works. If the negative information is STILL on your credit files after these efforts, it's time to see an attorney who specializes in Fair Credit Reporting Act violations.

After having sent a certified letter for verification of debt and outlining my rights under US CODE TITLE 15 CHPT 41 CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION, Pinncalce Credit Services failed to comply. They have now passed this debt along to Retrieval Masters Creditors Bureau of Elmsford New York. This is on an account that I have never originated for cellular services from TDMA,Commsoft or Cellular 2000. I now have belief that this is a case of consumer identity theft. I am now going to pursue legal suit against both agencies as directed under 1692k. Civil liability.

Have recieved response from experian regarding my dispute, but like all robotron responses, they say this report is "verified" and will not remove from credit report. They however did provide me with the phone number for Pinnicle Credit Services. After researching the original creditor listed on the debt (NE-Commsoft), I have found it to be some on line form of rip off. Will be notifying Pinnacle in writing via regersted letter requesting proof of the liability, and why no corespondance was ever sent to me. According to FL statutes, I may be able to collect damages not to exceed $1000 for fraudulant reporting of a debt.
