Upon moving into Chapel Ridge Apartments, I was allowed to use any Cable and or Internet providers. I was not told this was going to change in the future-until later. All the sudden they get a contract with Primecast and no one in the complex is allowed to use any other service. There has been nothing but problems since-by everyone! First, it took weeks for them to come and install the crap. Then, the channels would go out-not to mention there were less and foe more $. Any time customer service is called, they hang up on you, do not let anyone speak to a supervisor, and never fix the issue. They never send a bill, just cut it off and even when it's on-the cable does not work. They said they would fix the issue on November 29th-nothing was done. Numerous complaints have gone to the Chapel Ridge staff and the ignore it or say they will do something, but never do. Now we have a few options:

1.) Not be able to have cable or internet. 2.) Overypay for service that doesn't work anyway. 3.) Someone needs sued or to fix this situation fast.

People do not work hard to come home and not be able to watch TV because an apartment complex manager or whomever wants someone to use a very poor service. We are getting ripped the hell off and from the looks of it, so are a lot of people-by PRIMECAST! However, I hold Chapel Ridge at fault because they are keeping a contract that is not being upheld on the other party's end. This is childish.
