I started with them to try and sell my srap kits from my blog and when I was spending more then I was making and to more then 1 company I tryed to cancel it! Then this!!!
Here are only a couple of emails from my misfortune with this company. I went from a "free" account to dealing with this! Still nothing has been resolved I had to close my bank account to stop it but now I just keep getting emails there are more but I can't post them all! I am at the point I don't even waste my time writing back any more I just type NO and I figured I will take the loss and if I have to go to court like they say or if it goes on my credit report then I will do something further.
I did leave out my name, email addresses and the last name of the agent out other then that nothing is changed!
Ok well your company makes it realllllly easy to set up an account but impossiable to close it! I originally opened a free account to begin with and then I was asked to pay $30.00 I thought was a one time fee but somehow I am paying $79.00 plus another 3 diffent companies all hook into 1 fees for them as well! Go head and send my account to collections I am not paying for this service. Plus you never charge me on the same day every month! I have called several times and noone answers I have left about 6 messages about info on how to close the account but like I said no call backs! Thankyou please do not email me again.

All cancellations must occur in writing. The generally come with our cancellation form completed. Please provide fax or email confirmation that you requested cancellation of your account. Our notes do not notate that any verbal communications have been received. Please understand that all billing occurs for services rendered for the month prior. Services are billed on availability basis meaning that if the account is active and no written cancellation has been received, the account will be billed. Make payment immediately to resolve your collection balance.

For what I have been paying for an account that I have been trying to close and noone would do it or even call me back! I payed last month and I have been paying every month so this months bill should not be owed if I closed the account! I am not paying for a service that I didn't wantanymore and sure didn't use for months! You can send it to collections and I will fight it and I know I will win because you company never did it's job months ago and I did report this to the bank last month when I closed the account it was the reason I closed the account to begin with to get someones attention! YO can take my money but when I ask for the account to close I just get the run around! No-one can call me when I ask for it nut you need something hey look we're here! Thankyou
