Miriam L. Nunez is a realtor in Piquit realty who rented out the apartment that is foreclosure to me couple months ago.She rented out another foreclosure apartment to my friend in the same building but different flore. Had to move immidiatly after found out. Lost the last month of rent and deposit that I never got back.But the most struggle was finding out and move immidiatly.Spent a lot of money on that as well cause police was involved.
Piquit realty cover and home owner association of Prince Michael condominium on 2618 Collins ave Miami beach Fl are covering up scam artists simplyb because they work together as a team ripping off people.
Be safe.Stary away from scam artists.

Firts of all, thank you Julia for this post. I can't believe that you had a same situation as me. Mrs Miriam Nunez and the company she is working for are a complete scam that should be stopped by all legal means. This means that we should all file a claim against this individual and her business and stop the fraud. My point is that Mrs Miriam Nunez makes money by taking first month rent and security deposit. She is aware of the fact that the apartment is foreclosure and that it does not meet the basic criteria for living in it. She is taking advantage of people's situation and urgency to find the place to live in.
