I won a coupon on KASH country for a free 4-for-all pizza. The coupon clearly states in the lower right corner that "Limited Delivery area, Deliver charges may apply." When I called the phone number to get my pizza delivered, the operator told me that I could not get it delivered, it was carryout only. I talked to the store manager and then the city Vice-President. The VP told me that he could not deliver the pizza because they would lose money by doing a free delivery. Later he told me that he would deliver it for a $16.49 delivery charge (the price of the pizza) and that he could choose not to accept the coupon if he didn't want to accept it. I then called the 1-800 nationwide complaint line and related to them my situation. They said that they would resolve the situation and get back with me. Two weeks later, I call back and nothing has been done, but they tell me that they will call me back within a couple of days. Naturally, it has been three days later and still no reply.

Beware of Pizza Hut's coupons because they refuse to honor their word.

Call the radio station.

I don't know if you have already done this but call the radio station that you won from and ask to talk to their sales manager or even the station manager. And tell them that one of their sponsers won't honor one of the prizes that they gave away. And see what can be done to fix the problem. Best case, you'll get the free pizza delivered to you from Pizza Hut or the radio station employee's. Worst case, for KASH is to go to a rival radio station and tell them what happened, they might love to tell the rest of Anchorage what KASH/Pizza Hut did to you. Good Luck. Please keep us informed as to what happens.

I quit ordering from Pizza hut about two years ago and will never eat another one of there lousy pizza's again. Here is how to handle your problem: First: make a copy of the coupon!! Simply order your pizza that you have coming to to you according what your coupon states, Then tell them you will be paying by cash or check. Don't mention the coupon. When the pizza arrives at the door they will give your pizza while telling you how much your pizza bill is, simply give them your coupon with a tip and say have a nice day and close the door. What are they going to do? Call the cops? if they do, show the cops the copy of your coupon. Your copy of the coupon would be great evidence in court if ever needed. Not a d**n thing they can do about it except not serve your home anymore. John
