Even if they are the ones that messed up by charging you twice it is you that has to take action. It is up to to dispute both charges with your credit card company. You only have to do this if you don't want to pay. You have 60 days or two billing cycles to dispute the charges or it is considered a valid charge. It's your choice. An informed consumer is a wise consumer.
