Pizza Hut Ripoff Customer Service and LONG WAIT Heber Springs Arkansas
I don't know what happen to Pizza Hut. Ok Heber Springs is not a big town, mostly its just a Tourist Town, There are two large bodies of water here, one greers Ferry and two little red river. Greers Ferry is good for summer weather. Little red is good 365 days a year for Trout Fishing.
My wife and I got to Pizza Hut at about 3 P.M. The place was dead. 1 cook 2 servers and maybe 1 family there. Well one server was cleaning for, what I am guessing was the end of her shift. We waited about 10 minutes before we were seated. My Wife And I eat out a lot So we knew what we wanted. Large Stuffed Crust Half Pepperoni Lovers half Meat lovers. Well after placing my order out server dissappears. 10 minutes later out pizza arives, but only Pepperoni Lovers, as I told the server that she says she gave to cook the right order. OK I thought, not her fault.
The place begins to get more crowded. About 50 minutes later I get up to go and ask about my pizza, I stand at register for 10 minutes, The server is on the phone and the cook tell me that someone will be right with me. I go back to the table and my wife says we are leaving. We go and wait another 10 minutes To pay. Finnally after Being there about an hour and a half i paid 6 dollars for 1 soda, 1 water, 1 salad bar. But no Pizza
I don't really Blame the server, our order went in first, and while waiting 2 orders came out and pizza went to people who came in after us. I don't know what happen to Pizza Hut. I would call and complain to the manager, but Pizza Hut is just a big Corporation and there all about the money and i live 40 miles away in a bigger City and only go to Heber springs 5 - 10 times a year, and usally every trip i stop and get a pizza before i drive home. NOT ANYMORE
