Hello, I am a manager at one of the Pizza Huts in the Houston Region. Just to clarify about whether using a debit or a credit card and how it is run. When you call Pizza Hut and say that you would like to play with a debit or a credit card it is ALWAYS going to be ran as a credit. That is why we ask "is there a Visa or Mastercard logo on it" think about this for a second, when you use your debit card at any other business you have to punch in your Personal Identification Number or your PIN. I don't think that anyone should give out their pin number and that is why it has to be ran as credit. Also, to go over the issue of people stealing your credit cards and using it, that is why it is COMPANY POLICY to get an imprint of the card when the deliver driver is at the door. If they don't get it, they are going against company policy. There are people that call in that tell me that they are at work and that they are ordering for their children and they did not leave the card with the babysitter or their kids so there is no imprint. I have problems with them when I tell them that it is to protect them so that their card cannot be used if it is stolen. Sometimes I get hung up on or I get told that they are calling the 1-800 number and reporting me. There is only so much that we can do. As for people who work for Pizza Hut and stealing your number; guess what, in any business there are honest people and there are low-lifes. Heck, look at the government and there is proof alone. You cannot blame the whole company for something that was a mistake by hiring them. There are deceitful people around every corner just waiting to use you. The only thing that you can do after that has happened is trying to work WITH the people that are trying to find out what has happened. Doing anything else is just counter productive. I have been with Pizza Hut since 2000 and I have never worked with a better company. It takes all types in this world. The only question that you can ask yourself is what kind am I? Thanks for listening to my rant and I hope that I have been some kind of help to you. K, Houston Texas

Look out for purchases other than pizza showing up now that someone has your card number. You need to tell your bank that your number has apparently been stolen. They will cancel that card and give you a new one with a different number. Debit cards are dangerous. Banks shout a lot about "zero liability." But the truth is that fraudsters are spending *your* money and it is already gone when you discover the problem. You count on the bank's goodwill to get it back. True credit cards give you better protection. If someone steals the card or the number, they are spending the bank's money unless you agree to pay it back. Federal law allows a credit card holder to refuse to pay a charge that they did not make. So, if you can get one, use a credit card insted of a debit card when there's a chance someone will steal the number.

Federsl Road and I-10 area bad neighboorhood pay cash instead so they do not screw you if you must eat or shop in that area. You will probally find out that it is much cheaper to go to Little Ceasers Pizza Pizza home of the $5 large pizza with pepporoni everyday. MESA AT TIDWELL (FIESTA EZ-PAWN SHOPPING CENTER) That store is somewhat closer to you. They are other Little Caesers Location. I charged my card over there and had no problems there. I think the 15 Fulton bus goe there if I am not mistaken that is if you do not feel like driving over there. Unfortunally they do not deliever but the food is good and cheap.
