It's really funny to read customers complaints, b/c you guys embellish so much! Like if you were really on hold for 15 minutes, the phones would have rerung, and someone would have picked up. EriK IS a manager and a good one at that. Half the problem is that all you rich jerks think that everybody should cater to you, and when we don't you get pissed off! 1/2 the complaints are complete bull, and we know that, we can look up how many times you complain, and or how many times you get free pizza. To the comment that everytime you order on the phone you get someone rude, 1/2 the time is b/c you expect that, and you have a attitude when you order. SO when the phone person gets an attitude with you, you see that as a opprtunity to get free stuff. Our resturant is a good one, and better than most in our area, I'm not saying that we never screw up, b/c we when we do, we do whatever we can to set it straight. You can't give everyone the world... which some customers don't realize! :)

Hello Allan, I have also posted a complaint tonight about Pizza Hut. I too have gone to thier website & my problem w/ them was 2 1/2 months ago & they stall have not responded to me. If you actually get a response from them, please post it in here. And, if possible, if they leave a call back phone number. The numbers on the website are useless unless you enjoy prerecorded messages & like pressing buttons just to hear more messages.
