First, they attempted to charge my card $49.99 for charges that I absolutely did not approve.
Second, they gave my credit card information to a website called ITplease.com and signed me up for a $12.99/month ITplease charge that I absolutely did not approve of and was never discussed. (ITplease has no address, phone, or contact info onn their site and when I call their number (877) 813-1264 the person that answer only handles cancellations and could tell me nothing about the company address, phone, or contacts. They did say a supervisor would call me back but that never happened.
Third, I questioned them three times about the difference between their quoted price and the price I saw in writing and they assured me that the two-year price was correct and included all taxes and fees when in fact it did not.
Fourth, The written terms in the agreement were 100% the opposite of what was described to me on the phone. Specifically, I was told that there would be no cancellation fees if I moved to a new location where I could not use dish network service or where it was already installed. This is not true. The cancellation fees apply 100% according to the contract.
Fifth, The written Dish Network contract allows them to charge you any amount they want and raise their prices at any time during the contract term and you are obligated to pay them that amount and you are still locked in to the two year agreement.
Planet Dish is a dishonest company using illegal and questionable practices. They are not Dish Network.
However, items four and five (above) are two examples of how Dish Network themselves want you to sign a contract in writing that is the opposite of what they (Dish Network) tell you on the phone.
I will never do business with either of these companies again.
