Plantronics deceptive billing, outsourcing orders Ripoff Santa Cruz California
In Dec 2005 we ordered online One set of headphones they doubled our order. the price was 44.95 plus $5.00 Shipping totalling 49.95 Plantronic did not send the order themselves they outsourced it to a distributor that charged us nearly an extra $5.00 we received 2 sets of headphones and refused one and after several phone calls and promises that our bank account would be credited that day our money has still not been credited to our account.
