Using iXi Tools (Plimus) website I purchased a Update Driver Software Utility.  Instead of receiving the product I received an email stating it would be two days before the registratiion keys would be made available. 



I paid for it and the product using PayPal - payment was instantaneous.  Delaying access to the product for two days was unworkable.  Moments after receiving the email about the delay I requested a refund.  I simply could not wait two days for registration key to be made available to me for a product I've already paid for.



iXi has refused to honor their refund policy and hand provided no explanation as to why.  There is no phone contact info available for consumers to call; only a online request for refund which is simply an automated system that gives short uniformative messages that lead to nowhere i.e. the runaround.

Just after 3 weeks Plimus made good on their refund policy.  I got my refund but it was not painless.  It ate up about 2 hours of my time repsonding to emails and filing reports like this one.
