Plimus & 007 DVD Creator Product purchase does not work and they do respond to email support requests. Internet
I purchased 007 DVD Creator software from Plimus as a download and it never worked. They indicated on their web site that the product has lifetime support and offer a refund for dissatisfied clients. There is NO support and they do not reply to any emails. Here is a partial copy of my receipt:

Thus, we are unable to provide technical support for individual products. With that said, we CAN help you contact the Vendor, re-activate the download, or provide a refund if needed.
