PMA Entrepreneurs Across America ripoff Denton Texas
I ordered magazines from a college student that was going door to door. I paid 46.00 in cash for my subscription (stupid me) then canceled the order the next day. I waited several weeks for my refund and when it didn't come I called them, that's when all the fun began.
Many times I received a recording saying leave a message, well the mail box was full so I couldn't leave a message, so I called repeatedly for days until I finally got through to someone. The lady took my information and asked me to fax a copy of my receipt, which I did. She said my information was put on the proper desk and I should receive a check within 10 days. She apologized for the inconvenience and that they were making changes to better serve their customers. BS
Weeks went by again so I called again, repeatedly, I even sent emails to the names that were listed on their web site. NO response, I Finally got through to someone and I had to go through the whole process again, faxing my receipt etc and hearing all sorts of excuses as to why it's been so hard to get ahold of someone and why there has been a delay with my check @@ FINALLY, I received a check in DECEMBER but my order was canceled in JULY.
I thought this was resolved but guess what, the check BOUNCED!
Since then I have been unable to get in contact with ANYONE! I am highly ANGRY with this company and I plan on reporting them to anyone and everyone that I possibly can.
