Vancouver,#2Consumer Suggestion

Joey, you have fallen prey to a scam that has flourished quite nicely since the end of the second world war. Fellas like Joe Edge, Russel Wood and a few more fined tuned the itinerate salescrew phenomenon in the 60-70s, when they enjoyed HUGE tax-free cash earnings gleaned from the porches of this country. They were only better than todays' magcrews in that they fullfilled their own orders if they could not find a cashclearinghouse to do so...because they did not want their agents to be pummeled with complaints about not recieving product. With the advent of the internet, combined with broader consumer awareness about the treatment of the kids who make them rich-they have come into an era where it is much more difficult to hire good, unsuspecting youth. Todays' crews are not concerned with the fact that you might not get those mags. They want CASH-you can't stop-pay on a 50 dollar bill. The new-era mgrs are so inept that they almost to a person have criminal records and million-dollar judgements against them. So how do they continue to survive? Nice folks just like you- who've despite ALL the negative press and enlightenment, can still be swayed by two separate agents in a matter of two weeks. They were BOTH working hot...no permits...the NFSA membership reads like an post office wanted wall...no comfort from affiliation there, let me tell you. As a former part of the problem, I find myself in a position these days to make the mgrs in the magbiz a little uncomfortable, to their chagrin. They would have those kids believe the ONLY path to success is through their "doors", and sadly, many of them believe them...when in fact, in the end, they will be victimized one last time...no moneys forthcoming when they tire of making someone else rich. Solution...Never,EVER purchase mags from anyone on your doorstep. Getabunch.
