I sent the rebate request with all the necessary information threee times. I still did not receive the rebate. I finally got a phone number from the website. When I called, I was told the rebate promotion number was not correct, yet I was reading it directly to the customer service rep from the rebate form. CompUSA passes it off to PNY. and PNY says they could not do anything to help without the correct rebate promotion number, which I mailed to them more than three times complete with all the rebate UPC code, rebate form, etc. I am out the money it cost to purchase an overpriced flash drive!
