Complaint Review: Police Chief Ray Smith -

These neighbors keep provoking me because they know the police will side with them. No matter if they murder me or not. Because when I told the police boss I was threatened with a murder he was complete silence. So they show me they're evil intentions. That the police and district attorney office is on the side of the bullies. 

Well, I'm not going to do what they want me to do. I am going to ignore these neighbors and travel different routes. So they can't follow me to set me up by following me and getting out of their car to assault me. They followed us on 05/29/2018 and had their underage kids who were able to drive follow us. The speed limit on woodland drive is 40 than to 30 but these neighbors drive reckless. And when I told the cops this they just ignored me. 

We went back and forth to my grandmother's house each day.  And this BRAT KID lied to these black neighbors that we weren't letting him pass or going faster. Well, woodland drive has DOUBLE YELLOW LINES. AND IS ILLEGAL TO PASS! Like always people are full of it. So doing the speed limit is harassing other drivers.

These phenix city police are not going to come in my own and telling me to stop screaming at them and then proceed to scream at me when I was trying to tell them what happens.  But these police have never walked off angry at these scumbag neighbors who are harassing us. Then these scumbag neighbors try to play the victims and the police believe it.

And they cry wolf all the times saying we are doing this and that to them.  It just ticks me off!  Oh, i victimize and bully these neighbors so much when they are the ones doing it to me. And they are allowed to follow me and assault me in anger when I haven't done a thing to them.

It makes real sense, doesn't it?

The real issue is that the phenix city police don't want to do any real police work. So its easy for them to charge the victim for harassment.  If the police don't think the victim doesn't have money for a good defense lawyer. They will go after them hot and heavy. It's a war on poor people. My neighbors just don't want me to succeed in life. They want me to fail.

They love to discriminate against single WHITE people. They treat us like second class citizens. They hate single WHITE people.

This one Mexican woman officer. Harassed me while I was waiting outside in the lobby telling to stand by the water fountain. And she kept harassing me when my mother was talking to the DA I couldn't even stand by her she pulled me away. And she kept looking back at me for 30 minutes to an hour during the court hearing on 09/12/2012.  And I just couldn't believe how some of these police officers were laughing at what they were putting me and my mother through.

   I'm still angered by that experience. And how these neighbors continue to harass us to provoke us so they can record us saying something back to them. And the police are abusing us against by not listening to our side of the story and walking off angry. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. They even look like criminals. These neighbors have told my mom why don't you take your mentally retarded son back in your home. Yet the police charged my mother.

    Crooked cops and crooked judges. And I'm angered and how the bully harassing neighbors play the victims! They whined to the judge saying they never called me that and they worked with disabled kids.  But I'm not disabled people have just made me an emotional wreck because I defended myself. But won't press charges on me for fighting back!

    It's emotional abuse and Psychological trauma what these neighbors have put me through. All because I didn't let their snot nose and being unfriendly affect me emotionally. It doesn't matter to me if they don't speak or wave when you wave to them. But it seems to enrage them. To tell these vicious lies about me to their friends and family and the police department. And the all believe them.

They seek to destroy me and want to so bad to see me fail at life. So they think they are going to falsely accuse me to do it!  These neighbors don't want me to "SUCCEED IN LIFE".

All i keep saying is. "NO WEAPON AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER."

We were humiliated and mistreated by the court and the police. And we were the ones harassed and I was told by our neighbor. She told my parent why don't you take your "MENTALLY RETARDED SON BACK IN YOUR HOME". Like I didn't have any rights what so ever. For 6 years we still have been harassed even though the DA office dropped the charges. But only if we stayed away from them. But they intentionally came around us.  We have also been harassed by the phenix city police they have followed us all over town. And drove angry past us and cut me off.

 We have been discrimination against and police abuse from the phenix city police department. This one officer followed us out slowly when we left our house and it was parked in the dead end in the other neighborhood. And followed us all the way to the neighborhood market where we. These neighbors can't stand what we have and they want to falsely accuse us to make us lose our home  The district attorney told us that we couldn't film our neighbors harassing us. But they have installed security cameras on our home. 

We have been stalked and followed by these neighbors for the past 6 years. But the cops don't want to be bothered when we are being harassed or threatened with murder and assaulted. And I'm pretty much a forgiving person even though want to put me and my family in jail for no reason and. But these other neighbors keep escalated trouble and pushing me. To where I want to go press charges on them. I was raised in the church and was taught don't go seeking revenge but forgive your enemies.

But these neighbors just keep pushing and pushing for me to do something back to them. And I'm trying not to lose my Christianity. They keep bothering me because they know the police are against us. I just keep praying for God to intervene during these trials and tribulations but I listen to my pastor preach. And he said God is always with you through your trouble during this life.

  And he always keeps saying. "NO WEAPON OR EVIL  FORMED AGAINST YOU SHALL PROSPER."  FOR GOD IS GIVING YOU A FUTURE AND HOPE.

All the phenix city police black white Hispanic Mexican police officers,   including the police chief assistance police chief all the way up to the judge Bellany and the district attorney ken Davis mayor and city manager, can kiss off. I and my mother have been harassed and abused by all of them. I said all races police officers, not just the black officers. And how we been followed and stalked because of these lying neighbors of ours by the police.

And one time when I was at a coke machine at Piggly Wiggly in 2012 after the court date the machine took my money and I was harassed by a white officer who thought I was doing something criminal. So he asked me for my license and I told him how the coke machine wouldn't give me my drink after I put the money in it. 

They are all stupid just because my neighbors are black. They can hate me because I'm WHITE for no reason. And to keep the peace we are supposed to take it. While they threaten to murder us and saying they have something for us. And these black officers scream and yelled at me to stop screaming when I was trying to tell him how we been harassed by them for the past 6 years. But the 911 dispatch office which is mostly black sent two black officers because she probably knows someone at the police department.

  And why she keeps escalating trouble with us! The officers were not fair or transparent with us. Nearly have the white officers, Mexican, or Hispanic. Whenever we had to call them for this neighbor harassment. But instead, the cops think we are lying. Well, our public defender we had said they were "STUPID". But she F***** us over to.

You know black people don't like being done wrong by white people that don't mean these black phenix city police officers have a right to be prejudice or yell at you because you're being harassed by your black neighbor.  The police department purposely sent to black cops to talk with us about our harassment problem with our black neighbor. They were very angry. Well, I was ANGRY TO0!

I was upset trying to tell them about how this black woman neighbor who has been harassing us for the past 6 years. And the one black officer yelled at me nearly busting my eardrum and my mom asks him not to yell in her home. Then he replied saying he can scream where ever he is at. And stormed out of our home very angry. Then he lied about his badge number.

  The problem is we have never done anything to the black people. They have just heard things from other neighbors about them getting away with harassing and falsely accusing me and my mother. So she has it in her mind she wants to get my mother in trouble too. By provoking us to get us screaming back. And if that is what these black officers were angry about. WELL, TOO BAD WE HAVE A RIGHT TO DEFEND OUR RIGHTS AND LIVES WHICH ARE BEING THREATEN BY THESE BLACK PEOPLE.

THIS IS WHY THE PHENIX CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT PURPOSE SENT THESE TWO BLACK OFFICERS. SO THEY COULD ABUSE US LIKE THAT.

I DO NOT!  RESPECT THE POLICE NOR DO I BACK THE BLUE!

The phenix city police go along with these mentally ill neighbors. Who is harassing you and then lies to them saying you are harassing them. But the phenix city police always sides with the one who made a complaint against you the one they're harassing. In other cities In America, people get arrested for falsely accusing people. But not here in phenix city.

 If the phenix city police don't side with people. Why were they on my property jumping on me for supposedly filming my neighbors who were harassing me and shining beams of bright light in my eyes. Like how the criminals shine those beam of lights causing airline pilots to crash blinding them. And then having the GALL to call the police on me! Then the police told me they are two sides two every story. But they weren't listening to my side! 

  WE SHOULD SUE THE PHENIX CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT AND DISTRICT ATTORNEY. FOR NOT PROTECTING OUR RIGHTS WHEN I REPORTED MY NEIGHBOR MADE A DEATH THREAT SAYING I WAS A DEAD MAN.

These neighbors of mine must be white collar criminals for why the phenix city police refuse to let me press charges on my black neighbor, who assaulted me.  There have been other cases where victims of assault weren't allowed to press charges against their attacker. Its because I am WHITE! And I have never bothered these black neighbors of mine.  So she continues to harass me and instigate things because of the police siding with her!

Oh yes, but they do let anyone falsely accuse you and side with them without first investing their accusations first. And according to Facebook you're supposed to let them murder you.

 These black women and her husband need to be arrested on a disorderly conduct charge. And put in the Russel county jail to DIE! But the phenix city police department isn't going to do that.

They shouldn't have let their drinking parties get out of hand. And fighting at 3:00 am in the morning waking everybody up. I mean she is full of it to think we should tolerate their drinking buddies fighting nearly killing each other for their neighbors not to call the police on them.
