Pollack and Rosen Pollack & Rosen We were sued by Citi on a credit card. They vacated the claim and wrote it off. A year later we received a notice to appear on LABOR DAY. I emailed Pollack and Rosen and called them and left a message for some edification. No response. They then got a summary judgement on the vacated claim, somehow. Coral Gables Florida

We were sued by Citi on a credit card. Citi vacated the claim and wrote it off. A year later we were served via email by Pollack and Rosen to appear in court on LABOR DAY! I emailed them and left messages for clarification on a hearing on a holiday. ( I also emailed the Judge, sensing foul play). No response. Then they got a summary judgement for the vacated claim. Now I will have to file for appeal.
