Poppoly No such thing as return policy! China Internet
Worst customer service ever! Do NOT believe in their return policy. It's not true. I spent $150 on clothing and they offered to give me $20 US and a coupon code for my return and asked me to resell the items. Are they serious? They cannot ask me to resell the items in exchange for my purchases. I specificially asked them for a return shipping address. After nearly 5 email attempts, they are no longer responding. At this point, there's not much I can do but claim this as a loss.
How do they honestly promote a return policy but offer such ludicrous comp in return. I will never order from them again and I hope you consider this before ordering. Lastly they are a chinese company so NOTE all their clothes run extra small! They are NOT true to size unless you are petite. All I ask is for a fair exchange or just the shipping address, Let me deal with whether the cost to return is too much but they should not tell me it's going to be and then give me some crap deal.
I am not satisfied and will complain until they make this right!
