Portraits Usa LLC Cancelled pick up twice.Bad weather.I called to rescheldule left message[2] both numbers disconnected Canton, Ohio
my husband an I had our photos taken at a Bilo in travelers rest sc.The first in over 30 years,we are both in bad health and wanted this very much for our family.Pick up was scheduled for 2 weeks.Portraits usa llc called to cancell due to bad wheather.New pick up date scheduled.They called again to reschedule.Issued a new pick up date.Due to wheather our water pipes burst and I had to call to reschedule,left message for a new appointment.I recieved no reply.A few days later I left a new request,with no reply.
I called again to ask and the number had been disconnected.They offered a phone number at bottom of reciept[Fine print] for complaints etc. and that number had been disconnected as well the next time I called.Then I reached out to the Bilo we had used and was imformed that they only rented them a space and would try to get a contact number for me.As of now I am still waiting for that number.I would like to state that each time I left a message I only recieved a message machine,never a person.It was not a lot of money but it was certainly a lot of dissapointment.
