I want to emphasize this fraudulent site called, falsely, USPS EXPRESS ADDRESS CHANGE. They are not USPS. And they charge, without letting you know, exorbitant amounts of money. Their site is https://xpressaddresschange.com/?network=o&search=usps%20change%20of%20address&kw=84525136567305 ...and they are false!
