Total scam artist. Window borke the same day he " fixed" it. The company only takes cash--so buyer beware. Repeated calls to company had him promising to come out, but of course, he no-showed. No phone call to let me know he is not coming, just let me set there waiting.
Then he repeatedly hangs up when I call, and says " what do you want me to do?". I want you to fix it. 140 dollars down the drain, lesson learned. Dont deal with this company. Too bad, because what a differnce between my 1st repair with this people, they were pormpt, and courteous, and the job was done right. Should have checked for new feedback prior to recalling them for another job
