Complaint Review: PPES INC - Nationwide

Any coward can write an anonymous review.  This is the type of retaliation that I receive daily for being a WHISTLEBLOWER.  No one in their right mind would believe any of these accusations.   A person would be in jail if they were stealing money from vendors or anyone else. 

The lawsuits filed against PPES are for services or products that Chicago Public Schools (CPS) did not pay for.  Those damages are included in the lawsuit that Plaintiffs PPES & Phyllis Porter filed against CPS.  It's sad that this company would allow people to post information without verifying facts.

PPES has worked with over 450 Chicago Public Schools since 1999 and has an impeccable reputation.  I will chalk this up as another form of retaliation.  Anyone who is interested in my side of the story and the truth may contact me via Phone, Text or email and I will provide evidence and documentation from the Illinois States Attorney and Office of Inspector General.

My name is Dr. Phyllis A. Porter and I would like to respond to the complaint, however, I do not

know who the buyer is and how we breached the contract.  Please advise?

I will respond in general

 The pass costs $600 and is supposed to give vendors access to 6 of her shows. (Buyer)

We did have a VIP pass for $600 and the pass gives vendors access to 12 shows.

The shows this year in Wa have been cancelled and Phyllis refuses to issue refunds to the vendors. (Buyer)

We did cancel a show and did offer a refund to the vendor for the cancelled show, as per our contract.

I know at least 10 other vendors who are trying to get their money back. (Buyer)

We do have several vendors who are trying to get $600 for one cancelled event.  Per contract, if a show

is cancelled, we do give a refund for the cancelled event.  Each show is $50 and 12 shows equals $600.

Do not let this woman scam you into being a vendor at any of her shows. (Buyer)

As a business owner from 1998 - present, I have never scammed anyone.  If I knew who the buyer was, I could provide more specifics.   am currently suing 13 individuals who have defamed me.  I take defamation, slander and libelious remarks very seriously

In addition, I am a victim of a bribe and extortion attempt and have had problems every since I reported the extortionist to the FBI, Inspector General's Office, States Attorney, Congress and Mayor Rahm Emanual (Chicago).

If you know any small business owners who do vendor events, please warn them too. Many home based businees owners have been scammed by this lady and her company. (Buyer)
