Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Precision Air came out on 5/22/15 to blow insulation into attic as on annual servicing I was told it was needed. While in the attic a worker fell thru kitchen ceiling, insulation everywhere throughout the house and couple of feet in kitchen. The ceilIng fans were on and blew dust on every possible surface before I could turn them all off.I immediately took photos and call the company requesting a call from the owner as I am disabled and very sick. A manager called and said he was on his way and already called a drywaller and cleaning company were coming. Prior to his arrival, the workers hurriedly got up as much as they could using a large flat metal shovel as well as dragging equipment in on my wood floors. The worker who fell admittedly stepped on a board he shouldn't have and was afraid he was going to be fired. The manager showed up, mostly sat in his truck poking in occasionally. The two young guys who I thought were house cleanser, said this was not their day job ,as they did restoration cleaning. I helped clean, used two of my own vacuums, rags, swept garage as the insulators left a mess while the manager watched. The cleaning crew did the best and prior to them leaving the manager had me look to see if it looked ok. At first glance, it did.

What was to have been a 1 1/2hr insulation job was now into over 6 hrs .When I was looking everything over dust was still in the air, recoating everything again and saw areas that were not cleaned. Fridge wasn't moved, floors badly damaged in spots, a broken clock etc. I immediately called Precision again requesting a call from the owner. No call.

I texted photos to the manager of the dirt/damage the following day, still no call from the owner. I finally texted the manager that I was going to report this to every agency possible and that I was a medically retired Investigator with nothing but time and resources.

Gee, the owner called and instead of asking what he could do to make it better, he began yelling that they did all they could and that I could never be appeased or satisfied and how associates, friends and boyfriend, husband etc.couldn't appease or stand me, if I ever had a man. I was shocked to be spoken to like that, especially in front of friends. He obviously has issues with women and is gender discriminating. He did not offer to send "real house cleansers" to clean nor mentioned the damages and all the time I spent cleaning, washing rags, mops etc. I was mentally and physically exhausted.

WOMEN, BEWARE OF PRECISION!!!!!

Sandra, please be honest and state that the complaint was never dismissed by Registrar of Contractors but that you compiled with the 2 DIRECTIVES issued after they came out twice since PRECISION lied about replacing broken boards which was put in writing. We both know that when the ceiling was reopened after bad repair that the boards were just shoved back into the ceiling. I'll be happy to post the contractors response that complaint was not closed if you'd like. And aside from Mr Bryans rude rant of a call when has he ever reached out to me via email or phone? NEVER is the answer. Another LIE. Stop being untruthful again and again. Doesn't make you look any better at all.

I stick with my account of events. PRECISION continually lied in writing and changed their story when lies were proven. Look at pictures which show the insulation blown throughout home. PRECISION repaired or replaced NOTHING broken. So, Sandra what exactly did PRECISION do for 18 days after your employee fell thru kitchen ceiling. Nothing. Then diagnosed with cancer and still NOTHING!! I will continue to post your lies and attorney letter accusing me of EXTORTION. Ridiculous and another LIE. Never asked for a dime. Beware of PRECISION AIR and the Bryans who are only interested in making money. Julie Phoenix Az

Sandra, stop with the lies. My original report stands firm and your lies of rotted boards, repaired boards, defective product and your attorney accusing me of attempting to extort funds. Another LIE, never asked for a dime. Nothing was repaired or replaced, so exactly what did PRECISION do except what Registrar of Contractors issued 2 DIRECTIVES for you to do. I stand by account of events and told the truth. PRECISION however, was caught in numerous lies. I'll continue to post.

Mr. Erik Bryan was rude and crude and the Registrar of Contractors had to make 2 visits to my home and issued DIRECTIVES for my ceiling to be repaired twice. The Bryans put in writing that the boards broken by their employee who fell thru ceiling along with 3 ft of old insulation were replaced however, just another LIE as drywall owner came out and agreed patch of ceiling was not satisfactorily done even though Mr Bryan thought it looked good. And when Registrar and Mr. Bryan came back again it was proven that the boards were not repaired or replaced but just shoved back into ceiling.

Yet another LIE. I begged for proper cleaning as a few days after incident I was diagnosed with cancer and there was insulation throughout my home. I had surgery and radiation treatments while dealing with the constant lies and threats of my extortion attempt. HA Mr. Bryan had a probate attorney send me a letter that the boards were defective however, photos taken immediately after fall showed boards were fine. Insulation landed everywhere in kitchen and my Keurig coffee maker was on and insulation was burnt on top.

Despite friends assuring that it was always in same spot. Mr. Bryan claimed I staged it to get a new one. Employee accidentally broke a clock, Mr. Bryan refused to replace it and had attorney accuse me of attempting to extort funds when I never asked for a dime. Another LIE. So, PRECISION AIR did absolutely nothing but what the Registrar of Contractors could request and was within their jurisdiction. Everyone was shocked by PRECISION'S refusal to do anything. So, Sandra what exactly was replaced, repaired by PRECISION. Absolutely nothing! My accounts of events have never changed, PRECISION kept changing their story after each lie was proven and PRECISION'S events were discredited time and time again. My complaints will continue and my the recap of events have never changed as I told the truth and PRECISION AIR just kept LYING and changing their story.. they even put it all in writing. Not too bright.

Again, BEWARE OF PRECISION AIR AND THE BRYANS WHO CARE ONLY ABOUT MAKING THE MIGHTY DOLLAR. And who can trust someone that has no problem lying and when proven just changes the facts so he won't have to even replace an inexpensive clock. All about saving a few dollars and not concerned about insulation in cancer patients home. There of photos of insulation inside my oven, on lampshades etc. Vacuums were so clogged with insulation so Dyson and Roomba needed servicing and Mr. Bryan refused to pay for that. PLEASE look at the pictures on Facebook and their reviews and tips on their website. Photos don't lie. Have a great day, Sandra

Precision Air & Heating, Complaint Dropped

#6UPDATE Employee

Fri, October 07, 2016

Hello.

Precision Air & Heating, Inc. was contracted to blow insulation into an attic spact.  This work was agreed to by you, the Customer. Unfortunatley, an unforseen accident occured causing one of our Employees to fall through the ceiling.  Precision Air & Heating, Inc. had a Manager onsite almost immediately and made arrangements for a drywall company and cleaning company to repair any damage and clean the home.  These companies are both licenced and contracted in the State of Arizona.

Our Owner, Erik Bryan, as well as all of the Manager's that had direct involvement with this situation conducted themselves professionally at all times through various instances of communication and ongoing social media posts.

Preision Air & Heating, Inc. made numerous attempts to rectify the situation and, ultimately, the customers complaint was dropped by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors as well as the Better Business Bureau.

Regards,

Sandra

Still waiting since May for Precision Air and Heating to remove insulation from my home.

I'm battling cancer and undergoing daily radiation treatment.

Precision Air refuses to have kitchen cleaned and appliances moved out to remove insulation. They refuse to repair and replace items broken or damaged.

The Registrar of Contractors issued a DIRECTIVE to redo the poor ceiling patch.

The Registrar of Contractors has scheduled another inspection as insulation still in my kitchen.

They are cruel and inhumane to treat a cancer patient this way.

integrity, morals and values. They say customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

Bull!!!

3 months after Precision employee fell thru my kitchen ceiling, insulation blew everywhere and now have cancer and receiving daily treatments, Precision Air had ceiling repaired without replacing broken board. Duh.

3 months late sends cleaning company they retained but they don't move things. Duh

Registrar of Contractors issued a directive to come and properly patch ceiling again. Duh

Board broken from Precision employee falling was not replaced as they stated. Duh

They should be embarrassed and ashamed to have the ROC tell them what to do.

PRECISION insisted cleaning company and drywaller come the same day so the kitchen wasn't cleaned as drywaller was in it. Duh

So while battling cancer now and receiving daily radiation Pecision fails again and no response yet again.

So now amended complaints to Register of Contractors and the Better Business Bureau.

Worst people ever. Erik and Gina Bryan are cruel, heartless, uncaring and not trustworthy at all.

They continually change their story and had a probate attorney send a letter accusing me of attempting to extort funds. Ridiculous. Now the Bar Association has sent paperwork to file a complaint against attorney who threatened me and accusing me of extortion.

Never use Precision. They continually lie about everything and the rudest business people I've ever done business with.

Erik Bryan uses rude derogatory, degrading comments about women. Don't think he "likes " females.

Find another company. Worst ever.....
