PRECISION CONSULTING INC. PRECISION ENVIRONMENTAL INC. violation lead base work incomplete, not file, contaminate entire apartment with lead while tenant in apartment internet
i found this contractor over the internet, and he is a no good contractor from what i experience.
he laminate the wall without applying compount between the new sheetrock and the wall. the screws and nails he use was all loose the heads are poping out up on leaning on the walls. in some areas the sheetrocks was not cut properly (big open space). up on scrapping the lead base wall , the tenants furnitures and personals was not protected. after the daily work he uses the tenant regular vacuum to clean the space. he try to collect the agreed money before the job is completed. he never collect any dust sample, yet he tell the tenant the job is complete. he never delivered the lab report and the necessary papers to remove the hpd violations. i called him many and many times he only answer his phone if i call him from a strange number the job was consist of lead violation in one bedroom and the bathroom door frame. the door and frame was installed wrong and and no door knob. .
i provided all the materials he requested paints and others. some of the paint was not used and was not returned. he promised after the inspector come to inspect and the violation is cleared. he would come back at his cost to remove and relaminate the walls properly, replater and paint.
he also did not pay two of his employees because they came to me saying mr.wayne told them to come to me for payment
