Precision Toyota Collision Precision Toyota Body Shop Returned my truck with a broken headlight tucson Arizona
I was involved in an accident and took my toyota to be repaired by the dealer thinking id get the most complete service being that it was by the dealer. After having my truck for 3 weeks, they called me to say it was finally done. I went to pick it up abd the service advisior drove it up to the curb, handed me the keys, and practactly ran inside. She never walked us through the repairs done, and now i know why! As we got home we inspected our truck since there was no opertunity to do it there as the advisor ran away.
We noticed the headlight was full of water and condensation as well as many screws left off the new grill. We quickly called back and reported what was wrong. First we got insulted saying it was like that when we dropped it off. I have pictures to prove it was not!! I took it back Monday morning to let them see what i was so upset about. They still say they will not fix it! They are only interested in insurance money they are not interested in customer service. They refuse to take responsibility that they overlooked this damage. Now im stuck with a broken truck after they PROMISED me they would return it to me good as new. They returned it to me broken and without screws!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS
