I recieved an offer from Firt Premier Bank offering a non

secured Master card.The offer stated that the only chrge to

me would be the annual fee of $48.which would be billed at

$6.00 a month until paid. When I recieved thier wonderful

card I discovered I was charged $130. (purchases & other

charges) And a debit of $48. this accured before I ever

recieved the card. I immeditally canceled the card the same

I recieved it. The Customer Service Department did'nt even

try to justify the charges.I think the Company is a total

rip off.

Although I do feel that First Premiere Is MISREPRESENTING what they are selling you. They are correct in that if you read the add that you were sent,( I was Contacted Through email) You will see that they are in fact telling you the truth the Fess are all listed. Where they I feel are bieng Dishonest is they are giving you a SECURED Card. But instead of setting up a Card with a checking account or Savings account to link to it, they are just billing you with 249.00 dollars worht of "FEES". in effect when you pay off the Fees you have that Credit line available to you. If you have bad credit you have to be suspicious of any Company that offers you an Unsecured credit card. I feel that this is not a case of Fraud but of people grasping something that they feel is a good deal with out reading the agreement thouroughly.I Saw Immediatley what they were doing. But I've been Burned Before. I can't fault them for bieng Hard line on people who sign up for things without READING all The Fine Print and grabbing at it. But at the same time I Can Fault them for not ADEQUATLEY and in PLAIN ENGLISH, up front telling them what they are doing. I can't address the other complaints against the company regarding ID theft and mis charges but often times these are not the Banks faults, CC# theft is quite commmon, and thier are any number of ways that could happen without some huge conspiracy on the Banks part.

To whom it may concern: By simply taking the time to read the application front and back you can save yourself a lot of hassle. The fees are plainly listed on the back of ALL applications, 3rd line down in a box. Also the fees are all listed in bolder print than anything on the entire app. If you apply for any of the cards on-line the fees are all listed when you click on the bold highligted words that say "Click Here To Read FEES." If you don't believe that the fees are clearly listed check out the website. We are all more than happy to work with anyone who may have a problem!

SO,WHAT HAPPEN THE SAME DAY THAT I USE THIS CARD AND AS FAR AS I KNOW I HAVE 300.00 DOLLARS CREDIT LINE. GUESS WHAT AFTER I CALLED FOR ACTIVATION ON THIS CARD FROM CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE. I CAN'T USE THIS CARD NO MORE WHY! THIS STUPID PEOPLE IN THIS COMPANY THEY CHARGE ME RIGHT AWAY OF $48.00 DOLLAR'S FOR MEMBERSHIP FEE + PLUS $130.00 FOR ANNUAL FEE.SO, WHAT NOW!
