I placed an order with the SDS enrollment center in May 2009 for healthcare at $369 per month. I was contacted by Latisha they needed a checking account for auto withdrawl. From 7/9/2009 till 11/2009 the company had withdrawn $2339. We had not received an insurance card, the enrollment center told us to call direct, a representative stated did not have any information on us. I had spoke to Chelsey of customer service at the enrollment center who verified they did not transfer the information for us to obtain an insurance card and will check into it. After no call backs I also spoke to the manager Mick Walker who promised to email and expedite insurance cards, after no contact again, Chelsey obtained insurance cards. Since there was 5 months of payments with no insurance cards, an affidavit was faxed to Chelsey requesting a refund, since the amount was "big" I also spoke to Mick Walker around 12/28/09 who promised to check into it. Payment was stopped due to all the payments without service. No response from Mr. Walker or Chelsey to affidavit or any refund. SDS notified us of cancellation due to non payment on 1/19/1020 with no refund of all payments made without service. Spoke to Molly Posey of SDS about the problems with the enrollment center, she stated to fax the affidavit to Chelsey for a refund, I stated Chelsey already had it. Refaxed Molly and Chelsey the affidavit on 2/3/2010. As per usual there is no response from this company.

We are looking to get the problem resolved with the client but we do not have his information except his name Joe, Chelsey is No longer with the company for mishandling of client information and we will have the situation handled as soon as the client calls us and we can find out who he is. Were a reputable company that prides itself in Customer Satisfaction and answering customer complaints in a timley manner, We are very sorry for any inconvienence to our client and would like to get this issue resolved and a refund ASAP.
