I was able to get ahold of the 1-800-719-3536 number and spoke with the assistant supervisor (Julie Louise) She said that if I faxed them a statement showing the money was taken out, they would send me paperwork to be signed and sent back so they could send me a check. This would take another 5-10 business days after they received the paperwork. I was upset by this time and asked to speak to her supervisor. She absolutely REFUSED to let me do that so I hung up in a rage. I then found the website for the corporate office that owns Netchex. It is www.universalpaymentsolution.com I was put in touch with Mona VanHorn who is the Customer Service Supervisor. She can also be reached at 1-888-888-4565 (ask to speak with her directly) She was able to get the charge reversed and will overnight a check to me. She was most helpful. I hope this helps any who are still having problems.
